Refund Policy

All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges, and we do not offer refunds for change of mind. The exceptions below are the only circumstances in which money comes back.

The full terms live in the Terms of Sale and Shipping & Returns; where this page and those differ, those control.

Printed sets

Before it ships: email orders@cbnj7.com. If the set has not gone out, we cancel it and refund you in full, including shipping.

After it ships: no returns and no change-of-mind refunds, with one exception.

If it arrives damaged

Email orders@cbnj7.com within 14 days of delivery with a photograph clearly showing the damage, and your order number. On review we will send a replacement free of charge or, at our option, refund you in full.

Two things to know:

  • Please don't post the damaged set back. Return postage on a large flat mailer often costs more than reprinting it, and we would rather spend that on getting you a good copy.
  • The 14 days runs from delivery, using the carrier's delivery date. Please open the mailer and check the sheets when it arrives, rather than setting it aside.

Claims made after 14 days, or without a photograph, cannot be processed.

If it never arrives, or the wrong thing arrives

These are not returns and the no-return rule does not apply.

  • Lost in transit — if tracking shows no movement for 10 business days, or shows delivered when nothing arrived, contact us. We will investigate with the carrier and either reship or refund in full, your choice.
  • Wrong item, or something missing from the set — our mistake, our cost. Tell us and we will put it right.

Digital orders

Before you download: cancel for any reason and receive a full refund.

After you download: no refunds. Your files are watermarked with your name and permanently in your possession, so they cannot be returned in any meaningful sense.

This is not a blanket refusal. If your files are corrupt, incomplete, or not what the product page describes, tell us and we will fix it or refund you in full. That covers our failure to deliver what we promised — not a change of mind.

How to make a claim

Email orders@cbnj7.com with your order number and, for damage, a photograph. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method and are issued within 5–10 business days of approval. Your bank may take a few days more to show it.
