These terms apply to purchases from www.cbnj7.com, operated by JEJ-1 CBN LLC, doing business as Community Business Networks, a California limited liability company at 9134 Sepulveda Blvd #2073, North Hills, CA 91343.
By placing an order you agree to these terms. For digital orders you also agree to the Digital Licence.
The Hardcopy Set — $35.95 plus shipping. Four printed sheets at 11×17 inches in full colour, comprising the Religion Comparison Grid, together with the 33-page Proof Source booklet.
The Electronic Set — $19.95. The same material delivered as PDF files: the four grid sheets and the 33-page Proof Source booklet.
Prices are in US dollars and exclude any applicable sales tax, which is shown at checkout. We may change prices at any time, but never for an order already placed.
Your order is an offer to buy. It is accepted when we send order confirmation. We may decline an order — for example if we cannot verify payment, if the shipping address is unserviceable, or if we suspect fraud — and if we do, you are not charged.
We correct obvious pricing errors. If a price is plainly wrong and you are charged it, we will contact you to confirm or cancel rather than silently fulfil or silently refund.
Payment is processed by Stripe. We do not receive or store your full card number. By paying you confirm you are authorised to use the payment method.
Digital orders are delivered by a private download link, normally within a few minutes of payment. The link is valid for 30 days and allows up to 5 downloads of each file. If it expires or fails, contact orders@cbnj7.com with your order number and we will issue a new one at no charge. Expiry does not end your licence — it only ends that particular link.
Printed orders leave within 2–3 business days. Delivery timescales after that are the carrier's, not ours. Risk of loss passes to you on delivery to the carrier, but see the Shipping & Returns page — we replace items lost or damaged in transit regardless of where legal risk sits, because that is the fair outcome.

Before you download: cancel for any reason and receive a full refund.
After you download: we do not offer refunds. The files are watermarked with your name and permanently in your possession, and cannot be returned in any meaningful sense.
This is not a blanket refusal. If the files are corrupt, incomplete, or not what this page describes, tell us and we will fix it or refund you in full. The exclusion covers change of mind, not our failure to deliver what we promised.
All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges, and we do not refund for change of mind.
Before dispatch: cancel any time for a full refund, including shipping.
Damaged on arrival: email us within 14 days of delivery with a photograph showing the damage. On review we will send a replacement free of charge or, at our option, refund you in full. Claims made after 14 days, or without a photograph, cannot be processed.
Never delivered, or wrong item sent: these are not returns and the rule above does not apply. See Shipping & Returns — we reship or refund.

The Religion Comparison Grid and Proof Source booklet present a comparative account of twelve belief systems, including scriptural, historical and archaeological references, prepared from a Christian perspective.
We have taken care with accuracy and every claim in the highlighted row carries a numbered source so you can check it yourself. But the material is offered for study and discussion. It is not professional, theological, legal, financial or psychological advice, and no outcome is promised from reading it.
Positions attributed to a belief system are stated as we understand that tradition to state them. If you believe something is mischaracterised, write to orders@cbnj7.com — corrections are welcome and we would rather be accurate than right.
All content — the grid, the booklet, the text, the layout and the site — is owned by JEJ-1 CBN LLC and protected by copyright. Buying a copy buys the copy, not the rights to it. Digital purchases are governed by the Digital Licence.
Don't attempt to breach the site or the delivery service, share or resell download links, remove or alter watermarks, or use automated means to acquire files. We may suspend access and revoke download links where we reasonably believe these terms have been breached. Revoking a link for breach does not entitle you to a refund.
To the fullest extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim connected with an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.
We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss — lost profits, lost opportunity, or loss arising from decisions you make after reading the material.
Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including for fraud or death or personal injury caused by negligence. Some states do not allow certain exclusions, so parts of this section may not apply to you.
See the Privacy Policy. Note in particular that we log the date, time, IP address and browser of each download, as a record of delivery and to enforce the licence.
We may update these terms. The version live when you place your order is the one that governs it. Material changes will be reflected in the "last updated" date above.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located there.
