Four sheets at 11×17 plus the Proof Source booklet, packed flat in a rigid mailer so the sheets arrive unfolded and creaseless. Sent via USPS Ground Advantage with tracking.
Processing: 2–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays start the next business day.
Transit: typically 2–5 business days once dispatched, depending on distance. Alaska, Hawaii and territories take longer.
So expect roughly 4–8 business days in total. You get a tracking number by email at dispatch.
Transit times are the carrier's estimates, not guarantees. Weather and carrier backlogs happen and are outside our control — but see Lost in transit below, which is within it.
Enter your address carefully. If a parcel is returned as undeliverable because the address was wrong, we will happily resend it once you cover the reshipping cost.
Spotted a mistake? Email orders@cbnj7.com straight away. If it hasn't shipped, we will simply correct it.
Send a photo of the damage to orders@cbnj7.com within 14 days of delivery, with your order number. On review we will send a replacement free of charge or, at our option, refund you in full.
Do not post the damaged one back. Return postage on a large flat mailer would often cost more than reprinting it, and we would rather spend that on getting you a good copy.
The 14 days runs from the carrier's delivery date, so please open the mailer and check the sheets when it arrives rather than setting it aside. Claims made after 14 days, or without a photograph, cannot be processed.
If tracking shows no movement for 10 business days, or shows delivered when nothing arrived, contact us. We will investigate with the carrier and either reship or refund in full, your choice.
Strictly, risk passes to you when the carrier takes the parcel. We do not intend to hide behind that. If it doesn't reach you, we will make it right.
We do not accept returns or exchanges, and we do not refund for change of mind. The printed set is made to order in-house, and a returned set cannot be resold.
There are three situations where money still comes back, and none of them require you to post anything to us:

Full detail is in the Refund Policy. Because the printed set contains nothing digital, none of this grants or revokes any digital licence.
Free before dispatch — email orders@cbnj7.com and if it hasn't gone out you get a full refund including shipping. Once it has shipped, only the situations in the table above apply.
